The EUConcilia reference project for project management

Aim:
In the project „FOCAL – Fostering Creativity for Adult Learners with Disabilities Through Arts“ eight European partners worked together to develop a train-the-trainer course to bring together people with and without disabilities (inclusive courses). The training course addresses persons who are already working or who want to work with persons with and without disabilities.
Task:
Implementation of project management. Planning and implementation of project steering group meetings, communication with partners and the European Commission respectively the EACEA, reporting to the European Commission.
